Comments:
A solid run!!! Haven’t been running much, knees have been hurting, and I haven’t done any speed work. Very happy I could bust out this run today. Wish I could’ve pushed harder knowing that my knees were 100% but I didn’t want to endure any pain, so ya. Still very happy with this run
