Calorie Deficient and Dehydrated

Weather: 80 degrees with 80% humidity

Comments:
Ate maybe 200 calories worth of food and a cup of water before this. Plus had a light dinner and didn't drink much water last night. Soooo this run was awful, especially with the high humidity.

My achilles felt unchanged from yesterday but my legs felt great. However, my head was NOT feeling good due to the dehydration.

But I got through it. Feeling better about the marathon in 6 days.
