Comments:
With 2 weeks out, I’d rather you get a harder 8 to 10 miler in with some race pace stuff than going over 13 in the heat.
But if you feel you want a few extra you can go for it.
Next weekebd has to be easy and light though.

So I would say to try to hit at least 6 to 8 mikes pretty hard and cruise another few miles before or after that.
