Really rough today. 3 minutes rest after 1st 2 but had to go to 4 minutes after the next 3. Probably going to stop going to the track for a bit and work more on building foundation. Not sure where my fitness level is really at so its tough to have a good idea of what I should be hitting. First rep fastest wasn't great either.
