Sophia and I decided we were going to aqua jog for an hour and a half - longer than either of us have ever aqua jogged (or run) before. Alyssa joined us for the first 35 minutes which was impressive considering it was only her 3rd time aqua jogging and we ran into Camilla 2 minutes from the end. Felt good and honestly like I could have kept going, but very pleased and satisfied with myself. I am noticing a trend however (@Anthony) that I think I use my arms too much more than my legs because my legs don't feel tired enough and my shoulders are getting very sore. Because I can look back at my log and understand this, I will try to improve this imbalance during other pool jaunts!

Also, Matt, I think you need to get your last log published somewhere as a memoir :)
