Comments:
warmup then 400's with girbs also 3 striders before workout then 3 after.
All the dynamic stretching/skips and stuff were more taxing than expected lol. Super fun workout though and we did pretty well. Goal was to get up to speed and get comfortable.

So they were 400's at 'mile' pace with 400 jog

Knee was a little sore/tender after the workout
