Comments:
Shuttled two groups to the hill and then ran up chasing three groups which had started ahead of me. Caught all but Luke Flyer and felt good doing it. (12:06 to the high point.) Hill was, of course humbling, but I was able to keep decent momentum. Stood and cheered at the high point for 20+ minutes and then ran down to the overlook. (5:30 to the overlook) After a four minute pause, I ran up, over (6:40 form overlook to high ground), and down (8:22 for the descent). later I jogged back up the first 400 meters to check on Myles Smith, Lyra, and the sherpas. A good day on the mountain.
