I don’t want today to be too taxing bc the longvrun this weekebd is long and intense IF you are coming around ok.

So today is an Uptempo Run

5 miles is main goal.
6 if feeling excellent and if you have time.

Remember uptempo is not a true tempo pace run, but if you are feeling good and the conditions are descent, let's try to keep a steady pace of around 10:45 to 11:15. So certainly harder effort than “easy pace”
You've been doing this on many runs anyway, so really it's just 5 to 6 miles similar to what you have been doing ...
