First day of school! Had fun with the senior-ness, but was also exhausted from the X day by practice time. Also my shin is still hurting despite taking 3 days off from running, so I biked today too. I was sad not to run, but felt like a really hard bike actually so that was nice. Lauren (!!!!!!!) joined me for some of it too! I'm so so so so so so so so so so so so so happy that she, Nomi, Miles, and Mike are all coaching. It makes me even more excited for the season!
I really want to be better about lifting than I've been in past years, so I got Ana to go down before practice with me to show me Leah's routine. We didn't really have enough time though, so maybe I will go back for real tomorrow. I did:
2*5 Pullups with the band
2*12 Pike Tuck leg lifts
10 box step ups per leg
10 dead lift squats?????? We weren't really sure what these were or how to do them...
