Easy Run over lunch

As is my usual now that i'm doing 800 workouts I ran between classes over lunch. Today i ran with Dave and Tim for a nice run around both Shaker lakes. Not too bad pacewise my calves are a little tight from yeaterday but other than that I'm fine and ready for tomorrow. We talked about comming to Case and they said stuff abou their freshman years and all that. Genreally a very enjoyable run. Did high hurdle drills and core with the 800 guys after lifting.
