Week 2 Day 1 800 lifting

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Hang Snatch (warmup with 65, then 4,4,3,3 with 85) Worked on my form with another 6x65 at the end and I think I've pretty much got it down pat. Felt good probably good weight. Maybe a little more next week.

Clean from floor 2x4 with 105 then 3x3 with 115 (Felt these but my form is pretty good I'd say. Probably increace the weight for next week)

Shin Raises 2x20 with 25 (Not bad but I feel these pretty good. Should help cuz I learnd in BME that the ankle and shin muscles do lots of work to make you run fast)

Added Calf raises beacuse my calves always get sore after workouts so I figured strengthing them might help things 2x20 with 35 on the machiene. (Not bad felt them though. Good weight for now)
