Comments:
Right shin isn't feeling any better despite 4 days of cross training. Did a bike workout 5*1 min hard 1 min easy, 5*2 mins hard 1 min easy, 5*1 min hard 1 min easy. Tried to read Shakespeare during. Turns out that takes a lot more focus than an exercise room environment provides.
