Unintentional Intensity Club

I tend to be pretty cocky about my intensity club skills, which is why, when I headed out for a run a couple hours after eating a ridiculously large dinner of bean soup and goulash, only a few hours after eating a pizza, my first since coming to Bosnia, I didn't think it would be an issue. Immediately I started to cramp up and felt like crap for the next half hour. I didn't throw up, but came alarmingly close a few times On the way back, I went slowly because I was practicing my Bosnian vocab. All in all, I think I was running for about 80 minutes without much mileage to show for it. At least the air was cool and the sidewalk very wide and relatively safe, since I was running at night along a major boulevard.
