Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Went swimming for the first time in probably a year. Usually I go for aqua jogging, but swimming is a lot more tiring for me, so I don't have to do it for as long to get the same workout, and in this gross weather I didn't feel like being in the pool any longer than necessary. I'm very proud of my workout! I was planning on doing sets of 5 minutes with minute breaks in between because I usually find swimming exhausting, and it was hard at first, but I got into a rhythm where I could breathe enough to keep all essential brain functions going and I started reciting Hamilton songs to myself as a distraction and it was almost nice. Swam for 30 minutes with breaks only to avoid banging into the 3 idiots who got into the lane that I was splitting without asking and assumed we were swimming in a circle and were heading straight for me on my side because apparently common sense isn't a part of Wilson Pool culture.
