OH MY GOD I AM SO SMART so I tested out a brand new pair of shoes that I got months ago that are a neutral shoe whereas my hokas are like intense structured shoes... idk lmao BUT the more minimal for and More flexibility actually felt better on my knee. I wore my old, generic orthotics also since my custom orthotics feel terrible in these shoes. SO, I have no idea why this worked out but I felt decent today. Extremely minimal irritation. Thank the lord
