In the end, I did a few hills and an extra 22 minutes

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: ugly humid, and light rain on wet ground during my extension

Comments:
Stood at the base of Ft. Reno while team suffered in knee high buggy grass and finally jumped in for 2-3 short hills and 2-3 long hills. should have warmed up. Had to rush home to drive Anna B to dance and then had 22 minutes to kill in Bethesda, so I parked and ran down the Crescent to the top of River Rd overpass and back. Felt like my pace was brisk and focused, but it only crept from 7:40 pace down to 7:20 over the half miles (although it was uphill on the return and I'd not warmed up other than the hills half an hour earlier.) It was good to get in a stronger run, though, even if it was interrupted and short. Time was 22 minutes on the trail and I'm guessing 8 at the hill.
