limited outdoor exercise

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: hot, 90s, but feels close to 100

Comments:
We were told not to run outdoors for more than 20 consecutive minutes with 10 minute breaks in between. I sent team to Ward and back and I started behind but caught up to groups and infiltrated and bounced around. Ended up running home form Ward mostly alone for half a mile or more. Felt pretty heavy and slow, but was good to move outside. (Next two days ended up being exclusively indoors and I never joined in or ran on my own.) After the team ran 10 minutes on indoor jogging path at school, I joined them into Friendship to Tiffanies and back (I think)? Nothing feels good in this humidity. (Earlier ran had knocked temps down some, but exacerbated the humidity.
