Klingle Valley Trail

September 14, 2018 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: dark, 70s, damp, humid

Comments:
Weather is getting cooler, but the string of rainy, grey, humid days continues well past a week and I'm tiring of it. I suggested this route and met little resistance. Took Reno there and Moby Dick up from Peirce Mill. We did work the hill and it was quite helpful to have Mark and Ethan B to motivate me. I opted to hang back with Jesse since there was no Sam to do that as we returned along Conn, but I did open up in the final half mile along Reno and felt very light and fresh for the first time in ages. I'd left my watch at school, so time is an estimate, and I'd guess my final half mile was about 6:30 pace. With no Sam and with Mark and Ethan, we were likely closer to 8 min pace than usual.
