Either way, I want 10 miles this weekend.

If you are doing cornerstone for fun you could add 7 on after this or you could do this tomorrow. Please touch base with me either way...;)

So I’m not sure how fast Aiden is these days, but either way, I’m looking for 3 to 4 miles of this run to be at tempo pace.
So whether it’s in the beginning or at the end , the idea is to run 3 to 4 mikes at a pace that is faster than easy pace. It does t have to be as fast as Tuesdays effort, but if conditions allow, low 8’s or high 7’s are preferable!!
The rest of the run can and should be at a pretty easy pace as it is still unbearably hot and hard to go long and fast here in Florida!!!
