Why did i not log for so long?

Backlogging from a week ago. Really can't remember what i did. I think it might have been the tempo workout where I did 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2 mins putting the resistance up after each so I was working harder for shorter intervals each time. If so, it was a challenging workout.
