Well at least I think. But he's connected to Nick Symmonds, Bernard Lagat, and David Rudisha's actual LinkedIns and they even endorsed some of his skills. So that means I can finally do business wardog stuff with the marathon world record holder himself. Gotta establish your network to survive amongst the dogs.

Today's workout was 6x1200 w/ 3 min jogging rest at Mcdonald Middle School. It was another hot day, so this one was a rough one. Not exactly my best workout of the season like last year. The first rep went out too fast and then I forgot to start with the top group for the 2nd rep, so I ran slow and alone. I had great 3rd and 4th reps where I felt good and stuck with Tyler, Mitch, Garrett, and Canna. But then I fell apart on the last 2 reps. That uphill really killed me and i almost didn't do the last rep, but didn't want to cut the workout. It was a tough day, but I'm happy to have at least finished. Hopefully, I can entitle some workout this season "Best Workout of the Season" again before November. We shall see.

Now, I have to do a group project that I'm carrying. RIP in peace me.
