Biked in anticipation of hopefully being able to do a bit of the workout tomorrow (!). I'd like to run fast at least once before hopefully racing DCXC. Praying that my shins decide to like me for the rest of xc. I think I treat them pretty well; I'm not sure what they have against me. After biking I benched 65 pounds (!!!) 7 times, did 15 of the decline crunches, and 15 pike tuck leg lifts. As much as I hate being injured and really want to be running, I'm really enjoying feeling strong in other ways.
