Comments:
Looking for 4 to 5 at run club..

Woukd like miles 1 and 3 to be easy and particularly push miles 2 and 4 to tempo pace if possible.

did 3 miles in the morning: 10:40 pace
did 4 miles in run club: 8:20 pace

So am kind of looking for a change in speed so that two of the miles can be moving.
Otherwise known as a wave run :)
