Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
On Sunday it was 84 degrees. Now it's in the 40s. I think Bosnia forgot to pay the sun its heating bill. Why did I leave all my warm stuff in Boston?!!! All I have here that's warm to run is my GDS cross country jacket, which I kinda need the rest of the day to wear under my leather overcoat to keep warm. Gaaaaa! (I could buy stuff here, but it feels like such a waste when I have so much warm stuff in Boston that I wasn't planning to bring over till I come home for Thanksgiving).
Okay, enough complaining! The run was great. I ran down the Goat Bridge feeling tight at first but looser and faster as the run went on. Discovered that the path down the river splits with one end terminating in what looks like a big mining operation and another ending at the edge of a highway with no shoulder. So my run ended up being out and back which I rarely do but it was still fun. Now I know! Next time I want to explore the two villages up the hill from the bridge and see if I can make a look out of it back into town.
