Track workout at AU. I normally really enjoy track workouts because I feel like I'm naturally stronger when it comes to speed rather than endurance. Today did not that great. It wasn't a bad workout, but compared to my workout Friday it felt a little disappointing. I was happy that only 1 out of my 10 400s was above 90 seconds. I was also pretty even throughout the whole workout. After number 8 I started to feel really horrible, but I'm happy I buckled down for another 2. It was really nice running with Aiden for most of them. He's a really supportive person to have during workouts. Also thanks to Matt for telling me to work on my arm form, also helpful. It's really nice to have teammates that will tell you to focus on your form while they are also currently sprinting a 400. I also LOVED the cheering. Although this was a rough workout it made me really appreciate the vibe of the GDS running team. SO excited to take tomorrow off. 14 days of running in a row has taken a tole on my legs. I'm very excited for DCXC... and still hopeful for a PR. also running-log wont let me add more intervals, but i did 10 400s, and the last 4 were 1:24, 1:23, 1:24, and 1:25
