Comments:
Ok in keeping in step with our goals for speed, I want today to be 5 miles at run club or on own.
If you can remember, I suggest you really push the last quarter of each mile. So at .75, 1.75 and so on, ..
kind of switch gears and run hard for 400m.
This is just a way to get sone extra speed in for what is usually a pretty fast run for you anyway;)
