But the legs were not feelin good yesterday.
The legs felt like trash from the long run/race. And of course I tried to pull the Lucas Werner Classic Move of drinking soda before running. It worked for him, it just doesn't quite work for me. I ran almost 5.2 with Tommy B and a few other kids that I didn't real know... on the most mediocre route we have here at MSU @HeadphonesCanna. Rough day, but I took easy enough to where I'm feeling good the next day. So that's at least good.
