Weather: 6:15 p.m. @80 and nice!
Comments:
Met Matt and Greg at Sequiota Park. 2 miles up North. Stretched and then did a fartlek around the neighborhood and then down trail and back.
4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1 on w/2:00 off between. Ran most about 5:45-6:00 pace and a few parts of the shorter ones at 5:30 pace. Kept it controlled for the most part and was a good workout. Hammy a little tight but good. Just under 1 mile cool down.
