Comments:
...is when the matter is your shins. Hurt from the second I stepped out the doors, but really wanted to do the full workout, so decided not to enlighten Anthony. Ran to AU with Mia and warmed up. It was very hot. Then the stand mixers and I did a downward ladder of a 1600, 800, 400, and 200. Felt really really surprisingly good on the 16. Worked my way up from 4th in our group to 1st. Ran a lot of it with Zach which was nice. Kept feeling like I should be more tired, but really was feeling good. Then wasn't really mentally ready for the 8 so it took me half a lap to figure out pace, but I recovered well. Then 4 and 2 were kinda hard because sprinting is terrible and every time I do it a remember why I run long distance. Really happy overall though with times! Ran back with Natasha after and had a nice conversation. I love seeing everyone work so hard at the track. Very inspiring day!
