Well, the weather got hot again RIP. Just can't quite escape the heat, yet huh? Anyways, I ran 6 miles on the River Trail at a very easy pace. For all my Strava followers out there, please remember "Recovery is Key". I've probably used that title somewhere on this running log, so I'm not reusing it lol.
Anyways, I got a Strava account today. And so far, I'm not loving it. I just really like the way Runnng Log allows me to manually add workouts. Strava's way is just mehhhhh and doesn't seem as detailed unless you go out and get a watch. And let's not forget, I'm a big phone guy. Not a big Strava guy yet though. Like I said, in the future, I'll probably officially go over the after graduation because I don't imagine this website being here for more than a few more years. :( sad but true.
