Really tough again
3 sets of each circut:
CIRCUT 1
MB pushups x10 each arm (These wern't as bad as last week probably due to me doing less pushups after my run. Still tough though)
Standing Military Press x 15 with 30 (30 probably is even a little much for me. I had to take breaks in the last 2 sets but especially the last one. DB make this hard. Maybe I'll try the light bar next time)
Pullups 7,3,2 (As always terrible. I tire really quickly on these. Maybe 10 is commming soon? I'm not seeing as bright a light as I was before)
Straight bar curlsx12 with 45 (These aren't bad they kill my forarms but I can get thorugh all the sets without resting for the most part)
CIRCUT 2
DB front sholder raises x 15 with 10 (THe tens worked out nicely for this. I felt I worked really well without totally killling myself. The last few were tough though)
Skull crushers x 15 with 30 (This weight again was good. I felt it at the end without being completely exausted)
Rear Delt thing x 15 with 12 (I did this right the whole time this week. It was really tough but I got throught it. GOt to work on form though)
Bench Dips x 20 (did the full 20 this time and it hurt bad. But got them all without breaking them up)
Genreal Notes: Rotated with Kurt on the first set and with Kurt John and Drew on the second. THe rest was good though. No reest makes things really tough. This whole workout in general leaves me feeling drained. Also my forarms feel like they are going to explode by the end of it. Hopefully I'll get real strong though so I can really pump through the mile and 15
