New VP In Town and It's Not RVP

The Dick and Drop is no longer just a workout structure.... it's a lifestyle. Sometimes you just gotta go out feeling good and then hammer it hard at the end. That is what I've been doing for the last few workouts and it has been working quite well. Today's workout was a 4 mile threshold at Patriache Park. I started off with Austin, Mitch, and Headphones at 5:55 pace. We talking for the first few miles, so I felt super smooth. I then picked it up a bit more on the 3rd mile.

At mile 4, Tiger Tattoo (who went out with the group ahead of me but died after 2 miles) joined back up with me and stayed with me until the end. I wanted to drop him so bad, but i mean he was fresh from taking a 5-6 minute rest smh. Anyways, I still ran a good last mile and had a really solid workout. The legs are feelin good and i'm excited for Chip Trails.

Also congrats to Austin for becoming the new VP of Admin for Spring 2019. I hope you and Natalie are all good after that election lmao.
