Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran the “race” as a workout, as did most of the team. Tempoed the 5k (24:54), but took it as a more light tempo and it didn’t feel too hard. The. We did an 8 min price where you start fast and get slower for the first 2 min, go at 10kish pace for 6 min, and then get faster for the last 2 min. So so nice to see the alumni!!!!
