Comments:
Took the SAT and then went to Wilson for an Anthony-advised aquajog workout. Did a 4 min warmup, 4*5 mins hard, 2 mins easy, and a 2 min cooldown. Equivalent to 1200s? I'm not really sure what a 5 minute pickup correlates to. Felt hard but in a really good way--super nice to move after sitting for hours. It takes a lot of mental focus to stay at the same pace for 5 mins in a pool, but I think I did pretty well. I was definitely working.
Got home and did a bunch of strength: Pushup progression (2*2), Planks (1 min per), PLL (10 per position), SLL (10 per position), Superpeople (30), Wallsit (1:30), Double leg bridge (20). I've actually been having a lot of fun with strength and have been enjoying feeling strong. It's exciting to get muscle!
At the pool, I was entertained and slightly concerned when I was getting out and a man was standing by the edge with a bunch of young boys who presumably weren't all his and he told one to jump in and then turned to the other kid and asked, "wait, can timothy swim?" Eek! :)
