Comments:
Grinding into a quick run. I had momentum today but could not sustain it to the late evening. Came back and went right out. Pace was upbeat and strong. Got around right before it got too dark out. Felt fast.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Easy stretch, focused on rolling when I got back. I definitely needed that. Loved the temp today, leaves are crunchy.
