Comments:
8 mile version of the hill loop which I did with Nico. Legs were tired and the hills took a lot more out of them since we still had to do the Righter's Mill Hill on the "baby" hill loop. Then we had a surprise 1600 which we ran in 5:23, and then a 300, 200, and 100 which I didn't time, although I think I heard someone call out 34 on the 200. I felt surprisingly really good on the 1600 and after. Wore my new shoes, which are exactly the same as my old ones, for the first time today. Hopefully they'll break in a bit more over the next week or so.
