Comments:
Ran to AU. Sttod and timed. jumped in to help Luke flyer on a 400 in 82 or so. Ran a mellow pair of 200s with kids, and then decided I needed to run something hard in order to feel fulfilled. Myles and Nomi agreed to do a 400 with me. I surprised myself by running with great focus and coming in strong, ahead of them in 70.5. That felt good. Jogged back easy in 13.
