Comments:
I got sick on monday night and have spent a great deal of my time sleeping since then. unfortunately I had to miss the 400s workout, which is my favorite workout of the year. I was feeling a bit better today though, after consecutive nights of 11-12 hours of sleep so I tried a little run. I just did 30 minutes, and felt ok, though tired. I've been really foggy all day, though my throat has gotten a lot better and I seem to have prevented the illness spreading to my lungs. I'm hoping to avoid my yearly cough, though I'm scared I'm experiencing the onset of it right now.
