Same workout as Tuesday 11/10.  
WU - 300
Swim - 6 x 300 hold @ 5:00.  I intentionally pushed a bit harder in this workout because I wanted to see if holding a 1:35 pace would wear me down as the reps progressed.  4:50, 4:47, 4:45, 4:50, 4:45, 4:40.  I added sighting to this workout, because I hadn't done much open water swimming lately.  So I knew that if I finished tired, I wouldn't be able to tell if it was the increased pace or the sighting.  But I finished each rep very refreshed and not tired as my decreased times show.
