thought i was better yesterday and then woke up feeling horrible today. felt much better by practice time. I ran the warmup and did about half of the already very light workout, and the jogged back slowly. I felt surprisingly good after, though I'm getting a little sleepier now. the NMH symptoms have not been good lately.
