Let’s shoot for strength work again.
Maybe look into buying some cheap dumbbells at wal mart;)
did 6 miles easy run at 10 min/mile
on these 6 mile runs, I have been doing the following routine:
Before Run: stretch and 20 push ups (PU)
3 mile run: mid-point of run ...stretch, 20 PU
3 mile run: stretch 10 mins, 20 PU
over time, I want to extend that from 20 to 25 (75 PU)
