So let’s shoot for today to be pretty speedy.

Here is what I’m looking for:
It’s a 35 to 40 minute run with 4 x 5 minutes at tempo pace, and a 3 minute recovery in between. So you’ll start the run with an easy warmup pace for a few minutes, and then once feel pretty ready, begin a five minute faster tempo type interval where you are trying to run a bit faster than easy pace.

Follow that up with a ver easy 3 min. Walk/jog for recovery.
And then do that set 3 more times for a total of 4 sets.

Finish the 35 to 40 min easy
