Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Hit the gym for an evening run now that I finally have a night off (I've worked the last four closing shifts at the store and was exhausted yesterday. Three of those days were double shifts with the other job). Did some interval work, but had to ratchet it back a bit later in the routine. I'm running faster than last year at this time, but I'm not completely adapted to being back on the treadmill. Glute tension was still there on the sprints, and I spent a while stretching out afterwards to try and loosen it up.
