First run in over a week!

Weather: Very warm but a breezy

Comments:
My first run since being on hols and also the first time I ran after dinner rather than before. Running on a full stomach was probably not a good idea! Thats the first and last time methinks.

It wasnt an easy run - it was definitely difficult to get my bum off the sofa and actually motivate myself to go for a run. I need to get back into the swing of things again after what feels like an eternity of being lazy and over-indulging!
