Had the absolute worst day (though I feel like I've been saying that a lot lately), but actually pretty much everything that could have went wrong, but as usual practice cheered me up. Got in a good rhythm and biked pretty hard for 37 minutes with good company. Shins are not feeling as terrible as I feared after yesterday! Good sign? Taylor Brown "accidentally" hit me in the back with a football that he was throwing with some boys in the weight room which was so much fun for me, but I think I will survive.
