Weather: 8:15 a.m. 45 and cool
Comments:
Ran w/Katie during practice. One mile warmup and then a quick stretch. Then ran 5x3:00 on/2:00 off. Ran around 6:20-6:40 pace on most. Then added on about 2 miles at end. Tired.
