Exercise Type: Run

Weather: A little hot but manageable

Comments:
I didn't really feel like running, but I'm glad I did. We went out and I ended up feeling better for an easy run than I have since we started our full hard workout schedule. Despite the heat, we were doing a little under 6:50 average most of way even though it was on gravel and that stupid new chip and seal.
