Comments:
I got out quickly and was happy with my position in the pack. About 300-400 meters into the race I fell unfortunately that really dropped me back from the pack due to the steep downhill where I fell next to. The rest of my race was basically spent trying to catch up and thanks to my teammates (Owen and Mackenzie) I was still able to push myself during the race. Its tough not to be disapointed with what happend. There's no telling what could've and should've happend but I think that my fall cost me at least 20 seconds in the race and 10 places (which would've been extremely helpful in this race...). At this point though theres nothing really to do but pick myself up, take some rest, immobilize my wrist (I sprained it in the fall) and get back into it for track
