Exercise Type: Run

Weather: about 45 degrees, nice running weather, a little muddy

Comments:
we warmed up, and i had a horrible cramp on my left side. i also was a little dehidrated. we stretched at the open feild at the top of the hill. then we went back down. we did speed development and did a few long striders. i did not wear a nose strip. people warned us about a couple muddy spots on turns. the race began, and i was 4th to last. there was a pile up in front of me, someone fell, and i sidestepped them. then i kept going, and i saw cedric and ryan most of the race. i slipped a little on the muddy turn. eventually, i cought up with cedric. i tried cathching ryan but i couldnt. at the end, i had no energy left, and i finished with a time of 17:50. i was 103.
