Week 2 Day 3 800 Lifting

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Nice easy lift befoe the TT
One Leg Step Ups (4 sets 8,8,6,6 with 65) (Upped the weight today cuz last week was pretty easy. Still not too bad. I'm still meaning to ask coach about this one. But she's busy with regionals and national and such so it can weight)

4 way bands 3x12 each exercise and leg with the purple band (Not bad really tried to do as much as I could with this. Felt I did pretty good with that)

Shin raises 2 sets of 20 with each leg with 25 (Not bad althought these such as usual)

Pullups 10,6,5 (I did 10 pullups for the first time ever!!!!!!!!!!!)

Genreal Comments: I did 10 pullups. Nuff said
